About Us

We are a small but growing B2B company providing Laser Alignment and Condition Monitoring Products as well as monthly services to industrial markets. We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to manage and grow our digital presence in-house.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan, create and execute campaigns, design visuals, and report on results.


Position Summary:

Manage LinkedIn, Mailchimp and Meta accounts, design campaign graphics, create and post content, manage paid ads, maintain a content calendar, update the website, track and report metrics, and suggest improvements to grow leads and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and enhance digital platforms - LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Mailchimp (plus other relevant channels).
  2. Content & Campaign Creation – coordinate writing, editing and scheduling posts, design graphics/infographics, and coordinate email newsletters.
  3. Paid Ads & Lead Generation - design and manage LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads within budgets. Coordinate Google Ads campaigns.
  4. Website Support - update pages, post blogs/news, apply basic SEO best practices.
  5. Analytics & Reporting - track, analyse and report on KPIs such as engagement, clicks, leads and ROI.
  6. Market Research - monitor competitor activity.
  7. Coordination - work closely with the sales and technical teams to align marketing with business goals.
  8. Database Management - maintain and segment email/contact lists for campaigns.


Vereistes

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (B2B experience an advantage).
  2. Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp and basic website CMS - WordPress.
  3. Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  4. Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics (GA4).
  5. Comfortable with reporting on metrics and drawing insights.
  6. Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
