We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our guesthouse and spa in Hermanus. This live-in position requires a dynamic individual passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guest Relations: Ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

• Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff.

• Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, including housekeeping, kitchen, and spa services.

• Financial Management: Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control.

• Marketing and Sales: Develop strategies to promote the guesthouse and spa services.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in hospitality management, preferably in a guesthouse or boutique hotel setting.
2. Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Nightsbridge), and financial acumen.
3. Driver's Licence
4. Fully Bilingual in English & Afrikaans will be a valuable advantage
5. Grade 12
