Are you a thick-skinned, solutions-driven HR professional who thrives in building from the ground up?
We need someone who can take charge, implement HR policies and procedures, and establish training and development frameworks where little structure currently exists.
This role requires a strong personality, the ability to navigate resistance, and the expertise to drive compliance, maximize SDL claims, and secure SETA funding.
You’ll need to be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (non-negotiable) and comfortable working in an environment where systems must be created—not just maintained.
If you have what it takes to lay the foundation, enforce policies, and develop a workforce from the ground up, this challenge is for you!!!
PS: Any retail experience will give you a competitive advantage.
