Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality tutoring in Mathematics (Grades 4–12) and Physical Science (Grades 10–12) • Adapt quickly to different teaching environments and student needs • Maintain consistency with Master Maths and Master Science methodologies and values • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and upkeep. • Financial Management: Manage the centre’s budget, including income and expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage tuition agreements with account holders, attract new learners, and retain existing ones. • Staff Management: Train, supervise, and evaluate staff members, ensuring they meet performance standards. • Marketing and Community Engagement: Promote the centre, engage with the community, and represent the centre in local initiatives. • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the centre’s future growth and development.

Requirements: • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) • Excellent subject knowledge in Mathematics (Grades 4–12) and Physical Science (Grades 10–12) with a minimum of 75% in both subjects in Grade 12 • Reliable own transport and willingness to travel between branches • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • A teaching qualification or tutoring experience is an advantage, but not essential
