Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12 or equivalent.
2. 2–3 years’ relevant experience.
3. Scaffold supervision experience.
4. Valid driver’s license.
5. Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise scaffolding operations and crews across multiple sites.
2. Ensure compliance with SANS 10085-1:2004, OHS Act 85 of 1993, and Construction Regulations 2014.
3. Maintain safety standards, conduct site inspections, and manage Health & Safety files.
4. Oversee tools, equipment, vehicles, and plant on site.
5. Attend site and management meetings.
6. Prepare costing reports and manage timesheets, leave, and disciplinary processes.
7. Ensure legal compliance for all workers (IDs, permits, training, and certificates).
8. Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and training for safety and HR matters.
9. Build and maintain client relationships.
10. Perform ad hoc duties as required by the employer.
