Master Data Entry Specialist

📍 Location: Kempton Park

💰 Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 per month

🕒 Position: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and structured Master Data Entry Specialist to join a dynamic team in Kempton Park.

This role requires a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and previous team leader experience(non-negotiable). The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent maintenance, control, and accuracy of master data across internal systems and global applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the collection of master data from internal and external stakeholders
2. Capture and maintain master data in TMS and other global systems
3. Perform independent analysis, control, correction, and maintenance of data
4. Ensure data quality and enforce established data standards
5. Prepare data using Excel and maintain continuous data accuracy
6. Investigate and resolve discrepancies efficiently
7. Create reports and analysis as required
8. Develop and optimise master data processes, including SOP documentation
9. Act as the internal contact for master data-related queries

Minimum Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

1. Matric / Senior Certificate
2. Proven Master Data Management (MDM) experience – non-negotiable
3. Team leader experience required
4. Working knowledge of ERP modules
5. Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
6. Experience working with offshore service providers advantageous
