Role Overview
We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our client’s Pretoria-based team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality customer support, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained. Experience working with AI tools is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English
- Provide accurate and clear information on products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Meet performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and quality standards

Requirements
Language
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written, with proficiency in English
Education
- Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric; a tertiary qualification is advantageous
Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service, call centre, or client-facing role
- Experience in international or multilingual environments is preferred
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
