As our Receiving Clerk, you’ll be the first line of quality control—ensuring that every product entering our store is fresh, accurate, and ready to delight our customers. Your attention to detail will keep our shelves stocked with the right products at the right time, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence and reliability.

What You'll Do:

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.

Check product quality, freshness, and packaging integrity—especially for perishable goods.

Accurately record received items in our inventory management system.

Coordinate with suppliers and drivers to resolve delivery discrepancies or damaged goods.

Organize and store products in designated areas, following food safety and hygiene standards.

Work closely with the stock control and floor teams to ensure timely replenishment.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area in compliance with health regulations.

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in a receiving, stock control, or warehouse role—preferably in the food retail industry.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Knowledge of food safety standards and handling procedures.

Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).

Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.

Physical stamina to handle lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to teamwork.
